For My Friend

If you could spare some positive and healing energy for my friend and his two young sons, I would appreciate it. His girlfriend killed herself last night and he is having some trouble coping. Also, today is his oldest son's birthday and he is trying to make everything normal for his son's special day. The other problem is, his father also killed himself a few years back, so this is all too familiar pain he is having to endure again.
