For My Dad

As some of you may remember, as year or so ago, when my dad had back surgery, they found an abnominal aortic aneurysm. At the time it was very small and they weren't worried about. Now it has gotten to the size where they need to operate to fix it before it ruptures. My dad is going in tomorrow morning for the surgery. Unfortunately due to the position of the aneurysm, they are not able to do the new, safe arthoscopic procedure. They have to due the old, dangerous procedure of completely opening him up. I'm very worried about him, he's 70 and has high blood pressure. Any energy for him would be greatly appreciated. And maybe a little for me, I'm just a little freaked out by the very real possibility my father could die tomorrow.

Thanks everyone. My dad came through the surgery. He is currently in the ICU but should hopefully be in a regular room in a couple of days.
