The basic gist of it was, if you didn't read it, is that my mother has was in the hospital for the last few years dealing with depression, my parents have decided to divorce so my mom, now that she is being released from the hospital, has to stay in a shelter until she gets back on her feet. And my severely handicapped brother is not in good care right now because my dad isn't very good at it. I am worried about him. This could really, really damage him.
Not long after I posted about it a possible solution appeared... my dad, completely out of character (?) said he might be willing to move out of the house so my mom could move back in. She would also take up care of my brother. (She is *very* good at it.) This would be the best for everyone involved. However, my mother most likely would NOT be able to afford this.
There is a very slim chance, however...
Also... for some reason, though my dad is willing to give the care over to my mother, he doesn't want to share custody with her. He says it would be "impossible." So, unless sense can be talked into him, either my mother gets him or my dad does. He needs my mother badly, she's really good for him. So any positive energy would be greatly appreciated. About custody or just his health in general... :)
