how is everyone? i am doing fine. tomorrow it's back to school after our long weekend. i m not looking forward to it. oh well, i have to go.

i do have a question, can one just be wiccan or does one really have to choose a path? me personally, i'd just like to be a traditional wiccan. you know, with all the iniation processes and stuff. also, i'd like to know what is a celtic? i've heard this term used so much but i can't grasp a definition of it that i understand....

Sure you can be traditional Wiccan (I guess you mean Gardnerian). It is a specific path just as well as any others you are thinking of though. I'm not Gardnerian or really even Wiccan so correct me if I'm wrong people, but in traditional Gardnerian Wicca, you have to find a coven with which to go though all of the initiation processes and lessons, etc. But you have to realize that in choosing that, you are choosing a path just like any electic, celtic, or other Wiccan has done. Traditional or Gardnerian Wicca (and I don't mean to use those as synonym because I don't think they are) is just another path among many.

As for Celtic, I'm thing somone like Danustouch would be better to explain that for you :)

What I love about this path is that you can be anything you want! I practice a lil Wicca, a little Native American shamanism, a lil Asatru and a lil Voodoo :eek: I just call myself a Wise Woman :cutie:
