I have two energy requests, thought I'd put them in the same thread.
1- For my father; he had very limited bloodflow to his leg due to calcifications in his femoral arterial veins. Being a doctor himself, he was too stubborn to actually go see another one and this continued on for at least six months (that he'll admit to, which means really probably a year) and now they cannot remove the calcifications. This has caused very slight swelling of his heart and now he must see a cardiologist on monday and he is also scheduled for a vein bypass surgery next Friday. He is in pain and being a mean old cuss about it :smileroll but he could use the prayers. Moreso for my mom, who is very worried about him and also trying to put up with him.
2- For my friend, Angie; she has had one medical problem after another over the years and recently had phlegbitis (swelling of surface veins) in her right ankle. She was scheduled for a minor surgery to take care of it and she came away with a possible diagnosis of either Lupis or endometriosis. This is kind of good, because at least it would explain her medical history and both are treatable, but it sucks because she just thought one thing was wrong and now needs to take medication for life. She also has to wear compression sleeves on her legs now, which she is not looking forward to. A few thoughts and prayers her way would be much appreciated.
