protection spell help

I need some help I know this is not the spell place but I need a good protection spell someone close to me is having some trouble with a bully and short of kicking ten bells of crap out of the bully I thought I would try the right way first so to help me stay on the path give me something I can use or they can use or she can use on herself as she is a wiccan also

PROTECTION OIL

5 drops Petitgrain
5 drops Black Pepper

Wear for protection against all kinds of attacks. Also anoint
windows, doors and other parts of the house to guard it.

PROTECTION OIL #2

4 drops Basil
3 drops Geranium
2 drops Pine
1 drop Vetivert

Another like the last.
