Cardiff UFO shown on TV

Last week the police helecopter in Cardiff filmed a UFO flying over the city. Here is the video in question:

What do you lot think of it. BTW, they also shoot the TV series Doctor Who and Torchwood there, so could it be Aliens trying to find the Doctor?

Actually, i've seen that clip elsewhere, and there's a voiceover from the crew of the helicopter, and there, they say that it's over Brighton, and, looking at the clip, you can see a pier and illuminated seafront, which I don't think they have in Cardiff. Now, I've heard about this Cardiff one, so I'm wondering if this is footage of another one again , so draw whatever conclusions from that that you wish.

The reason is now explained. Glow lanterns were used at a wedding over Cardiff at the time. Here is the story:
