I ordered Tarot of the Old Path from an online store. They said I'll get it within 3 days. Well, 5 days passed and I still don't have it:wah: :uzi: :smash: . I want my deck!

Sorry for that, but I couldn't help myself. :mad:

Ah yes but did they say three days from when? It could be three days after they process your order which could take a week :( I know it sucks, dear ;) Hang in there!

Well, it's Monday, and when they said 3 days, they probably meant 3 BUSINESS days, which means Saturday and Sunday don't count - so you'll probably have it on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Yes, business days is usually the way they count it. (I'm a customer service rep.) You can call and ask for your tracking #. Actually they should track it for you upon request. (If they've been shipped.) If they give you the # but don't track it, you can do that on-line. Or, with a 1-800 #. PM me if you have anymore troubles and I'll see what I can dig up.
Hopefully you'll have them soon.

(They also could have meant 3 (business) days till they ship, then you have to account for in transit time. For instance shipping via UPS Ground the intransit time from TN. to CA. is 5 business days which would mean 8 business days till they would be in your hands.)

Actually they said 3 days from confirming the order (by me). I confirmed it by email the same day. It's Tuesday and I still don't have it:( .

I agree with the "business days" part.. I went through the same problem in August (I ended up waiting for more than a week. :rolleyes: )

Does anyone ever bother with that 'next day' stuff? Does it actually get your order to you any faster for the cost?

The next day stuff all depends (again) on what they mean.
Sometimes we ship stuff the same day it's ordered, but if it goes UPS Ground it takes the regular in-transit time to get there.
UPS of Fed-X Next Day Air is guarnteed to be delivered the next day (when it ships). If not the freight charges are reimbursed.

Emaleth have you gotten in touch with them to get your ship date, and tracking #?

No, but I'm going to, since it's been over a week since I ordered it and I still didn't get it. Maybe they lost my order somhow, or the parcel got lost... I don't know, differnt things happen. I once ordered a book and never got it... But I'm really impatient about getting that deck.
