I wrote the following directly after I came to, out, from my first meditation, it is what I saw, felt , experienced, but don't understand it all.

I connected the body finger tips to fingers, fingers to hands, hands to wrists, wrists to the arms. Arms connect to the shoulders where the strength lies. The shoulders flowed into the neck up the neck to the head at the apex I felt a discomfort, not pain but something the head flowed into the face, the eyes nose, then mouth. The mouth connects to the throat and into the chest which holds us together. The chest is connected to the core or us, which is held on the hips. The hip flow into the legs which are made flexible by the knees. The knees connect to the calf’s where strength lay dormant. The calf’s are made to move and carry by the ankles which are drawn to the feet which hold us and guide us.

I drew energy form the earth through the feet and into the ankles, from the ankles it was drawn to the calf’s and knees. Pulled higher into the thighs where I felt a near pain or discofmrt in the tops of my thighs muscles. From there the earth energy was drawn higher into the core to cleanse and mix with the center. And drawn high still to the chest. Pulled into the throat and mouth then to the nose, form the nose the energy spread to the eyes and head, back over the head and down the neck. The earth energy was drawn to the shoulders where the strength lies and into the arms. Pulled down the arms further to the wrist which connect to the hands, the hands drawn it into the fingers and pulled to the finger tips where the old dirty energy is cast out replaced by the cleansing earth energy.

I am traveling down a tunnel of darkness, it is long and has curves but not twists or turns, gentle curves and slopes. At the end is a figure, but I can’t reach it, though I know that figure is where I belong, I will reach it soon.

Thank you for any help in interpreting it.
P.S. I truely did write this within moments of leaving the meditationso it might not be l00% grammer or sentance structure perfect.

i wish i could help you but i honestly dont understand half of it myself..

on a lighter note though, i WOULD like to say...

head shoulders knees and toes! knees and toes!

heeead shoulders knees and toes! knees and toes!

seriously though, sounds like maybe a visit from a spirit guide? not knowing any of your history when it comes to your guide, but maybe this is just your spirit guy initially connecting to you and letting you know he is there. just a common hello, and more will follow.

IMO the important thing here is what you gleen from what you experienced. What does it mean to you? What can you learn by the words that you wrote out? What tidbits stick out and require further examination and meditation for answers? Keep on with it and let it take you to where you need to go.

Sounds like a nice experience.

I have also started a journal on my laptop of the date, how long it lasted, what I felt stuck out, how I got to the meditative state, and the full experience.

Doing it on the laptop since at the best of times i cna almost read my own hand writing.

Also rereading it a few times a number of things stuck out to me.

Prominent Experiences – The tunnel curves but not twists or turn, slight slopes in the tunnel. Figure at the end of the tunnel. Phrasing of ‘The figure is where I belong’. Not reaching the figure, knowing I will reach him, it, or her soon. Discomfort in at the apex of my head and discomfort/pain in the tops of my thighs.

ohhhh, actually now that you point that out this whole thing makes more sense to me.

have you maybe been feeling like you are at a point in your life where you are sure what lies ahead for you?

i think this is a sign that you are going through or will soon be going through a big transition in your life. maybe a change in your career or maybe you'll be moving and traveling a lot. i can't say specific because obviously i didnt have the dream myself but thats what it looks like.

the tunnel is your transition period. the bends and slopes will be the "ups and downs" of this transition period, and the man at the end represents where you will be in your life afterwards. this is someone telling you that there will be a transition, and even though there may be some rough times where you can't see over the hill but you will get through it and at the end of all this you will feel like you have accomplished what you were here to do in this lifetime..

talking about the discomfort in your thighs and legs brings this phrase to mind.. "i have a long walk ahead of me"

the whole reason i say that is because, honestly, have you ever been on a reallly long walk? your legs are usually very sore afterwards.

as for your head, maybe there will be a lot of thought involved in this, or maybe a lot of emotional distress. im not quite sure on that one yet...

again, this is someone, more than likely one of your spirit guides letting you know that you will have a long road ahead of you, but in the end it will all be worth it.

at least thats how i interpret this.

So I have talked it over with my sister and my fiancé. My sister divines bless her is more lost then me ( she is an honest to divines Lakota Indian) (( not native American, she calls herself an Indian, hates being called native American)).

My fiancé thinks the discomfort in the back of my head was from using that area to direct my energies on the first go through, and the discomfort in my thighs was caused by using those areas to draw in the earth energy on the way up.

Also I have recalled while this was going on some colors. On the way 'down' everything felt redish blackish, except for the spot on my head which felt tanish brownish. on the way up everything felt almost like a sage green, except the spots on my thighs which felt the same tanish brownish as my head did on the way down.

Not sure if these details mean anything.

The colors you describe will have different meanings depending on whichever spiritual system and personal attachment to colors you have. So how do those colors make you feel? What do you think their signifigance was in your passage?

To me it sounds like you have visualized "muddied" versions of red, yellow, and green. Or very "Earthy" representations of red, yellow, green. Your abilbity to visualize colors may come with more practice and therefore they may brighten up the more you go through meditations and hone the skill. When I first started I had a very hard time getting colors to appear as solid and bright. For me they were opaque and dim in the beginning.

The tanish brownish area feels not so good, but that is more form the stress of metaphysiclly using those areas.

The sage green, felt clean, good.

the redish area didn't feel bad so much as just kinda icky.
