Everyone exhausted??

A friend just made a comment that I was like the 5th person to say that I was exhausted and couldnt think beyond the absolute necessities. I thought I was exhausted because of everything going on in my life.

Is something going on in the stars?? If so will it be passing soon??

well we had a lunar eclipse on the 30th of June, and there is a Full Solar Eclipse on tap for August 1st...

I think maybe the reason you may be feeling tired is because the four outer planets, Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter and Neptune are currently in retrograde and are sending their energy full blast through the solar system..

This planetary energy combination will be highly cunducive to major inner work.
Meditations, Visions, etc.. oh and make sure to keep your dream journal handy.. :)

The 4 planets will be in retrograde all summer long, so you can bask in the energy and maybe take a second look at some of your goals and plans..

If you are feeling tired, then that may be that your higher self has something to share with you... spend some time in meditation, you should feel refreshed and recharged with renewed energy and clarity if you are able to attune to the cosmic forces that are working in your charts this summer.

So the planets are going to stay this way THROUGH summer? LOL I think I would rather have it be stress since my biggest stresser will be done next week.

But that is interesting Xander. I dont know about any one else but the last ohhh week and a half or so has deffinately been all about self descovery and finding out new things about myself. Deffinately changing those goals and plans for sure.

Im curious how does someone attune to the cosmic forces working in their chart? I dont even know what my chart is.

Each of the Chakras are ruled by a planet, so any meditation which focuses on alligning the chakras would work... there are also rituals , candles, etc

My god, I have been exhausted. I've even been going to bed at 8:30 just to sleep more, but I wake up just as exhausted as I would be if I was up until 10.

I have also been having the strangest and most interesting dreams at night and visions when I meditate. Maybe that's why.
