The 56 Aubrey Holes
Mumu - Kalua - Imu
Given actual Sizes of the Fifty-six (56) Aubrey Holes, from Geophysical data,
5,040 attendees (Coaches and Teams included) ate at the Stonehenge Luau.

Stonehenge Super Bowl - Open2 Forums (http://www.open2.net/forum/showthread.php?p=23472#post23472)
Based on the Average size and depth of the 56 Aubrey Holes, the weight of Stonehenge Luau pigs averaged roughly 120 pounds per Stonehenge Mumu. And since an 120 pound hog from each Stonehenge Kalua fed about 90 people, the 56 Stonehenge Imu pits fed approximately 5,040 people. So the first Stonehenge Super Bowl had roughly 5,040 attendees and, interesting enough, that was the population of Durrington Walls about the time.

The Aubrey Holes '56 Pig Fats Residue
Residue hog fats are preserved at archaeological Stonehenge Luau in association with the '56 Aubrey Holes (pig roast - Mumu, Kalua, Imu - hole pits), below their human cremations and animal remains. High-temperature gas chromatography (HT-GC) and combined HT-GC/mass spectrometry (HT-GC/MS) has confirmed the presence of Mumu, Kalua, Imu residue hog fats in lipid extracts from Doctor Garry Denke (1622-1699, historian, antiquarian, dentist) '56 Aubrey Holes' hollowstem auger core drill samples.
The origins of Stonehenge Luau preserved residue pig fats were determined through detailed compositional analysis of their component fatty acids by GC, by GC/MS of dimethyl disulfide derivatives of monoenoic components, and by GC-combustion-isotope ratio-MS (GC-C-IRMS), which derived diagenetically robust 13C values. Regiospecific analysis of intact triacylglycerols by high-performance liquid chromatography/MS (HPLC/MS) established the origin of Stonehenge Luau hog fats; Durrington Walls.
Anyone else have Residue Pig Fats in their '56 Aubrey Holes core samples?

Ok, let me see if I can get this into some format that we can talk about.
If we look at the 56 Aubrey holes that are the initial ring of Stone Henge and pre-date everything except the head stone. At the bottom of the holes have been found the remains of ancient pigs. By carbon dating and gas analysis it is determined that the remains date to the time frame of stage one of the building of Stone Henge.
If we take the believable size of the pig and the amount of people that could be feed from a single pig and multiple that out against the total number of holes we have an estimate of as many as 5,040 people could have been feed from a single setting. The setting also matching the assumed population of Dunnington Walls which is located near Stone Henge.
So at the time of the initial construction of Stone Henge, a series of Fire Pits where dug into the ground and used to cook pigs and other items. Probally occuring during the mid winter months and filled in upon completion of the feast / ceremony /etc. Does not indicate the population of Dunnington Hills was involved in the construciton but a series of feasts where held on the site that could have feed all the population of said area.
It seems many of the stones where later placed outside the line formed by the early cooking pits. Yet close enough that they would be blessed if this was in fact the initial purpose of purifying the ground to be built upon.
Ironcially, a similar type of furnace was used in the creation of many of the neolithic forts of ancient Scotland and England.
Sometime about the time frame of stage 2 it appears the holes where no longer used as cook pits but had evolved into a crematoria for human remains. A fact proven by the later layers of human remains found above the initial pig remains.
Yet to me anyway, it implies that the rite or ceremony that was initially honored by the feast was either changed or lost over time. Yet nothing I've read has indicated an equal area for cooking meals of that size in the area.
So between stage one and stage two, something major seems to have happened to cause such a change from the great capability of a fest to reducing the holes to human cremation.
It seems that the human cremation period also extended into the stage three of completion of Stone Henge.
Follow-on excavations have indicated that a series of winter type festivals occured on the site. That upon completion of these festival the construction of movable parts was torn down and removed from the sieght.
Speculation on my part from here on:
1. Where the intial pits used to sacrifice to thier gods and resulted in a mid-winter feast? A feast that large seems to imply it was a major event and involved the entire population.
2. Was the preparing of food (pigs) also a means of purifying the ground for the structure to be built upon it? The finding of the early layers of residue seems to imply that this layer was not disturbed or removed.
3. The change to human creamation seems to imply that the sacrifical stage ended during stage one development, possibly before the actual construction advanced beyond the headstone.
4. The number and amount of human remains does not seem to indicate it was a common burial ground, but I assume it could have been used for the entire population of Dunnington Walls. Did this then become an honor burial site I wonder?
5. The MUMU were early forms of oven but did they later function as cremation chambers?
6. In cooking the contents of the Mumu would have been layered to allow for cooking and placement of heated rocks, did this same concept get used to cremate the bodies?
7. Some artifacts have indicated that two different groups may have used the area. If not two different groups then two defined periods based upon artifacts and layering of items found.
Been to long since I studied Stone Henge

1. Were the initial pits used to sacrifice to their gods and resulted in a mid-winter feast? A feast that large seems to imply it was a major event and involved the entire population.
Gods no. Our '56 Aubrey Pig Roast Holes were initially Carboniferous Limestone backfills from Pembrokeshire Coalfield and South Wales Coalfield, for Stonehenge Coal Mining School. After differences of Carboniferous Limestone and Cretaceous Chalk were learned, then we converted Stonehenge Football Stadium fence to Super Bowl mid-winter Game feast ovens. For population just remember, Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand (http://www.dltk-bible.com/jesus/jesus_feeds_five_thousand-index.htm).
http://mysticwicks.com/showthread.php?t=184386
2. Was the preparing of food (pigs) also a means of purifying the ground for the structure to be built upon it? The finding of the early layers of residue seems to imply that this layer was not disturbed or removed.
Gods no. Football coaches, Team players, and Sport fans, after 'Tearing down the Game posts', were just hungry after the Big Game.
3. The change to human cremation seems to imply that the sacrifical stage ended during stage one development, possibly before the actual construction advanced beyond the headstone.
Yes coaches, the players, and fans, eventually died, were cremated, then buried. Jesus "Gone to Heaven", the end of a Football Era.
4. The number and amount of human remains does not seem to indicate it was a common burial ground, but I assume it could have been used for the entire population of Durrington Walls. Did this then become an honour burial site I wonder?
Only direct decendants of Coal Exploration Miners buried there.
5. The MUMU were early forms of oven but did they later function as cremation chambers?
Pembrokeshire anthracite, South Wales bituminous, suggest so.
6. In cooking the contents of the Mumu would have been layered to allow for cooking and placement of heated rocks, did this same concept get used to cremate the bodies?
'56 Aubrey Hog Roast Holes fuel was anthracite and bituminous.
7. Some artifacts have indicated that two different groups may have used the area. If not two different groups then two defined periods based upon artifacts and layering of items found.
Pembrokeshire Coalfield group, and South Wales Coalfield group.

I know I should have more specific, and said no bible qoutes. Oh well. Do you have credible proof of what you claim?
And besides that taking a bible out of context to prove your point? *YAWN* And bsides the Matt 14 is talking about the whole fish and loaf of bread miracle of Jesus. I doubt that he at Stonenege given the 3100 year difference between when Stonehenge was built, and when Jesus was supposedly born. Nice try though.
