A new experience, would like a reading please

Hi, I am still fairly new here, and just starting to explore my path in Life. Last night while attempting to meditate I had a rather interesting experience. I was trying to connect with my spirit guide and knew that he or she was around. I felt a tingling sensation on the left side of my face right around the jaw line and it lasted for more than a minute--like someone was caressing my face with their finger. Now I am pretty sure this was my guide, but I am having trouble with names and connecting on a more personal level. But after last night I think I am doing a little better. Just not with the name thing. If anyone would like to help out that would be cool. If not, well just put in your good word for this slowly developing soul and maybe I'll make a friend or two!

I don't know the name of one of my spirit guides, because I feel that he doesn't know it - I don't think he was ever given a name. Yet out of the few spirit guides that I have, he has the strongest visual impact in my mind - I can always see him very clearly, whereas another of my guides is never clear visually, because she always stands behind me, but speaks clearly.

So don't worry if you don't find the name of your guide - maybe you are not ready to be told yet, maybe you never will find his/her name.

I don't feel, personally, that a reading from someone will shed any light on the issue. But perhaps you could do something yourself? Maybe make a set of cards with a letter of the alphabet on each, shuffle them, and ask your guide to show you the first letter of his/her name?

I received the name of one of my guides quite unexpectedly through another psychic. I inherently know which ancestor spirits are communing with me.

Leafstar, Id recommend you trying to do a meditation where you take yourself to a lovley green field and once you feel settled and ready, you will see your guide come towards you.. what does he/she look like? say/do? then if you feel you can, try to ask for there name and any other questions you may have?
These meditations take time and practice so dont be put of if you get nothing at first, just relax, light a few of your favourite candles, incense, crystals, whatever you feel you need to connect with and soon you will make the progress you wish for :)
