Help My House

I have just moved into a new house and it is falling apart. The landlady is a bit flighty and things are not being fixed as quickly as i would like. THe bathrooms will never be nice because the leak - one of the showers we can't even use its so bad. Is there a spell to bring luck to the house and perhaps get it fixed. I would also like a cleansing spell as it is a student house and there is some left over feelings in the house that make it feel a little negative at times.

There are alot of simple cleansings posts here, check the one called cleansing rooms. As far as the bathroom, you'd be amazed what a little bleach and elbow grease can do. I would let the bleach soak a little, rinse and then scour with a scrubby pad and cleanser. Good Luck!

for cleansing the rooms, ask the Goddess for energy and blessings, then sprinkle salt in each of the corners and leave it for a few days, if you have pets, then put the salt in a bowl on a little table where they can't reach it. the salt should absorbe the negitive enrgies, once it feels better in the house, just get to cleaning!! salt is a very powerful thing, no matter how much you use, just don't make too big of a mess with it! and if the bathroom is still bad, then do what phoenix does, take some of the rent to fix it!!

Open all the windows, dance around the house singing the song that makes you happy, ring a bell, hoover/sweep the floors, and generally stir up a racket. I do that in every new home. Gets all the energy moving, and nothing seems to stay negative when I'm singing happy songs - however tunelessly!
