I hate to ask, but I am so frustrated here. Hubby and I have been discussing what to do with our housing situation. At the moment we are considering ripping our house down and building a new one, putting on an addition- either up or out or putting this house on the market and moving.

We have been focusing on the first scenario mostly but things are moving extremely slowly and we are getting ourselves confused.

I am hoping someone could pull a card or two and help me gain a bit of insight.

I would be more than happy to do a reading in return.
Thanks!

Chryssi - I'd be glad to do a reading for you. I will post it here later on.

Hi Chryssi, I’ve pulled three cards from the Goddess Tarot for you. The first two cards represent the issues you are facing, and the last one is the probable outcome.

The first two cards I drew were the Prince and Queen of Staves. To me, the Staves represent Fire, boldness, courage, and activity. The Prince has lots of enthusiasm and ideas, but little experience to temper it. However, this means he doesn’t feel immediately that there is something that CAN’T be done – and he has many options open to him, that he can explore. However, because of his inexperience, his best efforts need support from those around him, who can take his enthusiasm and channel it into something that can become a reality, instead of wasting it on impossible dreams.

The Queen has much more maturity, but she is no less a fan of action. She has more experience, and endows her ideas with wisdom and cleverness. She indicates that you can turn your ideas into reality. Perhaps these two cards are representative of your ideas? Is one idea much more ambitious than another? Take your experience, but also take a leap of faith – perhaps you can achieve a lot more than people give you credit for.

The last card I drew is Rhiannon – Movement (traditional card – The Chariot). My first reaction is that you are destined to move place, if things continue as they are now. However, this movement could well be just into another phase of your life. I feel that you cannot stay as you are now. Ultimately, you must decide which of your choices allows you and Hubby to grow together. Rhiannon is riding a ghostly white horse, and is riding to the left of the card, pointing forward. I get the feeling from the card that there may be another place for you, somewhere close, you just have to find it – is Rhiannon pointing to another place?

I hope this helps, although I can’t get a clear answer. You obviously have lots of enthusiasm though – make it work for you!

Thanks Nina.

I feel like the Prince is my hubby- very impulsive and lots of ideas. I am more of the Queen in that I tend to look at the ways I can turn his ideas into something workable (think: bring him back to reality!). It sounds like the two of us need to work together to move forward.

Thanks so much for the reading. Can I do a reading for you? Any topic? Oh,and I'll have to do it tomorrow morning, while the kids are at school and the house is quiet. :)

Thanks again.

Chryssi, that would be great if you could do a reading for me.

I'd like to know a bit more about my current relationship - I'm all for rushing in quickly and wanting more, more, more from it, whereas I know my beloved ihas been badly hurt and is more wary. What do I need to consider to give this relationship my best shot?

You do realise I'm always going to think of you everytime I pull the Queen of Staves now!!!

When I get my scanner working, I'll scan it in - she is very beautiful and serene - with a wicked little glint in her eye!!

This is supposed to help when two people in a relationship's wants are different.

Card 1: How the querant views their partner. 6 of Cups. I see lots of fond memories, lots of happiness, a childlike joy that you see him bringing to the relationship. There is caring, affection and tenderness. You shower him with these and do so happily and willingly.

Card 2: How their partner views them. 7 of Cups. He sees you and it is a bit complex to him. He dreams of a time when he can have all that he wishes and desires, but I definitely get the feeling he sees you as a part of that dream.

Card 3: What the querant needs. Hmm, this is the three of Swords. No one needs hearbreak or stress. Unless you feel that the pull of stress increases his attraction to you. Sometimes tumultuous relationships have more vitality and passion in them than a more even keeled, placid one.

Card 4: What their partner needs. 4 of Wands. A feeling of security, comfort and success.

Card 5: Where the relationship is now. The World. Can't get better than that! It seems that you are very fulfilled in this relationship- or find the need to be fulfilled in it. You see him as "the one". I also get the feeling that you believe he makes you a better person, you feel complete with him.

Card 6: Where the querant wants this relationship to go. The Empress. You want to settle down with him, make a future and life with him. I get a real secure feeling with this card.

Card 7: Where their partner wants the relationship to go. Hierophant. He is a bit more rigid, he wants to know the "right thing" to do before he can feel comfortable making a decision. It is something that he will think about and look at all angles before he feels comfortable making that full committment.

Card 8: Things to consider. The Sun. Don't forget the feelings of joy, optimism and innocence that you should feel in a relationship. Enjoy each other and just live. Don't worry about all the details or put pressure where none is needed.

Card 9: Outcome/end result High Priestess. Take a step back, and reflect- listen to your inner voice, the answers are inside of you. You just need to slow down and listen.

I hope this makes sense to you. From the sense I got from the cards, you seem to have a good guy. I hope that I am right with this- I got a really good feeling. :)

Spot on. Absolutely spot on!

Card 2: How their partner views them. 7 of Cups. He sees you and it is a bit complex to him. He dreams of a time when he can have all that he wishes and desires, but I definitely get the feeling he sees you as a part of that dream.

His life is very complex right now, and he has a lot of other commitments - working abroad five weeks out of every ten, two kids, etc

Card 3: What the querant needs. Hmm, this is the three of Swords. No one needs hearbreak or stress. Unless you feel that the pull of stress increases his attraction to you. Sometimes tumultuous relationships have more vitality and passion in them than a more even keeled, placid one.

I tend to expect the worst - I've had my fill of the heartbreak from this card. My deepest fear over this relationship, definitely.

Card 4: What their partner needs. 4 of Wands. A feeling of security, comfort and success.

I can see that in him... he's a Taurus - very practical

Card 5: Where the relationship is now. The World. Can't get better than that! It seems that you are very fulfilled in this relationship- or find the need to be fulfilled in it. You see him as "the one". I also get the feeling that you believe he makes you a better person, you feel complete with him.

Yes. I can honestly say that I want to spend my life with him. This feels right, in a way that no other relationship has. And it has done since the very beginning.

Card 6: Where the querant wants this relationship to go. The Empress. You want to settle down with him, make a future and life with him. I get a real secure feeling with this card.

YES YES YES YES YES!!!!

Card 7: Where their partner wants the relationship to go. Hierophant. He is a bit more rigid, he wants to know the "right thing" to do before he can feel comfortable making a decision. It is something that he will think about and look at all angles before he feels comfortable making that full committment.

I get this feeling from him. He's holding back a little, because he has been hurt before, and of course, because he has his children to think of. But when we are together, he says he feels very happy. And of course, he's a Taurus, so he's being practical (as opposed to my dreamy piscean nature!).

Card 8: Things to consider. The Sun. Don't forget the feelings of joy, optimism and innocence that you should feel in a relationship. Enjoy each other and just live. Don't worry about all the details or put pressure where none is needed.

I have a tendency to expect the worst, and to become paranoid. I will take this advice to heart, believe me!

Card 9: Outcome/end result High Priestess. Take a step back, and reflect- listen to your inner voice, the answers are inside of you. You just need to slow down and listen.

I will, I will!!!!

I hope this makes sense to you. From the sense I got from the cards, you seem to have a good guy. I hope that I am right with this- I got a really good feeling.

Thank you so much Chryssi, that was wonderful! I feel so very warm and fuzzy now. I'll keep you posted with any developments!!! Big hugs to you!!! ((((HUGS))))

I have to tell you- each card I pulled I just got more and more positive feelings from them. Some readings I do are partly clear and partly muddled, but this one~ warm fuzzies for me too.
