Yes, my kitten Rum went into surgery today to get his eye removed. :eek: :( I had to drop him off before school, and then worry about him all day.

But the vet called my mom, and said that he's ok. ^^ :) They just want to keep him in a night to see how he's doing. Poor guy. :( I miss him. And I know Saotome misses him. I hope he's ok.
...just had to share.

SS, I'm sure she'll be fine. Cats are tough; they can take a lot of injuries and still come out fine. Some friends of mine have a cat that chewed an electrical cord as a kitten; the vet had to cut off the burnt-to-a-crisp-tissue around his mouth and restructure the inside, as well. He's got a permanent Elvis sneer, and he's 17 and still going strong!
I'll bet you can look forward to a long and loving life with both of your babies...
