i posted the info on the reiki forum, but it belongs here also, so here goes

wonderful to use, easy and very effective are stone eggs.

they have both female and male energy in them, being nourishing and receptive, depending how you use them. alike crystal wands, they can therefore be used to give or to take energy as needed. but on top f tha, the almost round shape of the egg, makes the energy to be very smooh.

there is a huge variety of stone eggs available. the size of about 2'' length/Hights is what is best to use, as it fits well in your hand

One of my favourites right now!! (ok i can't really pick a favourite.. but)
Unakite is so beautiful! I love the way the pink and green complement each other. I have several pieces. :boing:

PS

I've also heard that Sodalite is good for protection against excessive electromagnetic radiation. Yes?

i love unakite myself.

in regards of sodalite: to block the energ rosequartz, clear quartz or tourmaline are best, but sodalite soothes the effects caused by electromanetic smog, stress level bllodpressure headaches etc. so healing wise it would work very well too

thanks for your inpot

Thank you so much for this info. I have a Tiger Iron egg, only one I have right now, and am anxiously waiting for the info on that. A lot of times when my IBS acts up due to stress, I'll put the Tiger's Iron egg on my waist. It really seems to help. Tiger's Iron is one of the stones I get a physical sensation from.

back by popular demand (lol)

Tigers Iron

is connected to strength and perveillence. it is the primeval scream. it helps you to unlock blockages from within, to speak out the truth as you see it, without holding bac, without tact, just as it is. It helps you to gather and regroup life force in situation this is needed. When a great power is needed for a short period of time: when yu are moving, new job situation, new family situation etc, it will just open up those recourses within, you never knew you had. It is excellent for work with people suffering from mobbing/bullies to help thm stand their grounds

I picked up a peice of tiger iron the other day, I'd never seen it before. Loved the feel of it but didn't have the cash. I think the next time in town I'm going to make sure I have enough. Neat stuff!
quick question to czech-I'm taking reiki right now and my teacher doesn't really use stones for healing. She is more of a hands on type. Occasionally she uses crystals for blockages but I haven't seen her use them yet. Is it just placing the stones in the blocked/needed area and sending the energy thru them? I guess I need to question her about it too, as that is something that would interesting me more than just the hands on approach.
Thanks
daphne

you can do both.

i believe i have explained in the first post how one uses the eggs.

you dont need to touch the patient/client with the stone (eggs)

i believe, that crystal reiki is the 7th grade of Reiki, at least thats what i have been told. it is not part of most reiki classes at all

Well, it makes sense to me to use them. I love crystals and stones, so why not use them? I'm going to be taking the class for my Mastery soon, will talk to my teacher when I do.
