Bless your heart! Sounds like you're just gonna have to wait it out, (god, I know that sucks) or be induced (which sucks even more. I hate Pitocin!) The last few weeks of pregnancy drag on longer than the previous nine months put together, don't they?
Sending you {{get out of there, baby!}} vibes!

You tried everything I can think of including what worked for me. Sounds like the little one isn't willing to come out yet. Good luck to you may it be quick when the labor does get here and may you both be safe and well.

You poor thing. That must be rough! I'll send you lots of labour vibes!
For me I was lucky to have a cooperative baby. I told him what day to come on and so he came? Maybe try a pep talk? :P

The only other thing I know to tell you to try is: patience. I know its hard..those last weeks of pregnancy are hard; but, as a rule, babies come, when babies come. Just remember....most due dates are "guesstimates" with a variable of -1 to -3 or +1 to +3 weeks........so if your due date is today....you could deliver 1 to 3 weeks prior to today or 1 to 3 weeks after today.
Have you tried talking to your baby? Tell them it is time and how excited you are for them to be in your arms; tell them what a wonderful home/room/life they have waiting for them. I don't know if it will work...but it will give you a sweet conversation with your baby. :)
(Just for funsies) I predict you will go the first week in September....in the first part of the week. I "see" September 3rd in my head. Let me know how close or off I am????? :)
Sending you lots of warm fuzzies, energy for health for you and the baby and lots of good energy for labor.

Bumpy, curvy car rides are known to help. So are those little trampolines. Maybe gentle bouncing up and down would help, thorugh rather then the danger of the trampline.

With my first, I was ten days over due.
As said above, a due date is just an estimate. Pregnancy is anywhere from 38-42 weeks long. 40 weeks is given as the due date, because it is a nice in between.
If ovulation happened later than you think, (not on cycle day 14 like most doctors assume) then this makes a difference as well. I didnt ovulate until cycle day 21, I know this because it was a very planned, timed pregnancy. Because of this, if they did my due date based on date of last menstrual period (which is how they date it with the lil wheel) then they would be expecting me to be due January 6th instead of January 12th.
I know its hard, but your body generally knows when its time.
When baby is done baking, progesterone levels drop and other hormones rise and signal the body to start labour.
Usually they will let you go up to two weeks overdue as long as everything else looks ok.

I hear you! I am 8 days overdue today! and up until Sunday morning there were no signs of anything happening! I have had increasing BH, but nothing to exciting, and then all of a sudden on Sunday morning, I started to lose my mucous plug, since then I have been having strong contractions, albeit irregular.
It is so hard to wait, it really does your head in! I have decided to just focus on meditation/visualisation on meeting my little one, and practicing dealing with the pain, and catching up on sleep!
Try to make sure that you use this time to talk through everything you are feeling! It is do hard, I would swing from being really positive and relaxed about the whole thing, to despondant about my body's ability. It's like you know that it can happen any second, but then the days stretch out in front of you.....
Take care!

Ohhh... I remember this stage! I got lucky... a two mile walk in the rain helped me... er... somewhat. I went into labor the next day, but then couldn't dilate past 3 and had a c/s.
So, it's now 8/26... any luck yet?
