September 28-29 is the Chatauqua, Festival of the Arts in Madison, Indiana on the scenic Ohio River!
They seel all kinds of goodies.. knick-knacks, funnel cakes, German Roasted Almonds.. And it's an all-day event! It's free, too! I go every year and I always find something new. There's also Wayra, a Native American man who plays the Syrinx (Pan Pipes) live and sells CDs to buy of his music.
