Moldavite

Has anyone else had any interesting experiences with this stone?
I have had several pieces, and I found that some had no energy at all, while others blew me away. The first piece I got, I held it one evening and instantly felt this very intense energy and connection to everything really, to a point I started to go into an altered state.

I found nuumite even more potent. I have one piece of this and find it beautiful and very intense. It is reputedly, one of the oldest rocks on earth.

there are two very distinct types of moldavites... the normal ones and another group which are often referred to as hedgehogs. Personally I find the hedgehogs more intense. Thanks, and yes, I prefer the hedgehog type more intense, as well as more attractive.
Nuumite... I have not come across much of it. I was lucky to find a few pieces at a local spiritual shop, of which I bought one piece.

Has anyone heard of Moldavite essential oil? I have seen it on e bay, but not too sure about it.

Ooooh yeah I've had an interesting experience with moldavite. I bought a small fragment of it for a necklace piece. While holding it I didn't really feel much energetic resonance (though my "sensing" abilities have been dimmed a bit the last few months), however when I started wearing it... wow. I remember reading somewhere that there's a "caveat" for this stone, that it tends to force you to confront things. The few months while I wore it were very intense, very confrontational, and very challenging. Anyone else had similar experiences?

And morganza, I can only assume that they mean "charged" water (as in you place the stone in the water in order to charge it). In which case, if you have a piece of moldavite you'd be better off doing the same yourself! (Though check with one of the experts here, like Czechwoods, wolfsong, lightdragon, as to whether or not moldavite can be safely immersed in water). Hope that helps!

Oh! I forgot to ask! Nuumite is the same as astrophyllite, yes? In which case I have a piece but haven't actively worked with it, so I'm curious to hear anyone else's stories...
