Sometimes we have to get past our OWN blockages. It is a LOT of hard work, but that is really the ONLY thing that will keep our will strong.
It was very hard for me, to break through some of the actual medical/physical blockages I have to start losing. But I did it. The progress is slow because of the diabetic meds, but I stick to my 1200 calorie diet and woing the exercises I can, past the stroke and even walking a bit, after taking a pain pill for the neuropathies in my feet.
You can do this. But you must do it on your own.
