demon harassing friend plz help!

ok my friends ashley has recently been physically harassed by a demon we now figure out his name is Veryn he used to be a man but his lover was killed and his rage over the years (hes a very old soul) grew till his humanity was burned away.. have spirits and things like that harassing her is normal she works with spirits and so do i but this guy is extremely hard and even thought she has a gardian keeping her safe im still wooried and i have no idea how to get rid of him...if anyone has anyknolege that can help me PLEASE answer!!

*deep breath* ok it all started when her friend we call her shoujo introduced her(ashley) to a friend of hers(shoujo) he told ashley i tapped into his past life and found that he has a spirit within himhe told ashley that he was powerful but he kept the demon in line...(that was such a lie) we found out that when he goes to speel the demon comes out and this time had his sights on ashley....at first he came to her in her sleep and tried to slit her throat but all he could do was scratch her and if it wasnt for Pack (her gardian) he would have goudged her eyes out....o.o...ok must calm down.........we dont reallt know yet what he wants with ashley...and he attacks randomly but he favors using his...."fangs" on her...all i know about him from what i got when i tried to tap into his life was that he belonged to a tride loooong time ago and fell in love with this women but the tribe didnt aprove and killed her and set the house on fire when her came back to save her he found her stabbed body and went in a rage and killed the whole tribe and the damage they gave him while he was attacking eventually killed him...but the way he looks now is almost compleatley different hes like an animal...but one thing that we found out from the guy that had his soul in him was that the demon doesnt like these word "Vista gest nit" i hope i spelled that right...but idk what it means or how to find out

yes she has and i as well we have like a link and it's sometimes easy for me to see what is tormenting her....and i can see him clear as day...and she was born with this ability...it was like a curse for her at first but she learn how to control it and uses it help spirits as do i but she is waaaaaay over my level...she got his name from the guy the she was introduced to

Firstly, a human spirit cannot become a "demon". It is a malevolent spirit, not a "demon". (Of course, you can change your definitions to fit your needs, so it doesn't really matter what you're calling this thing, I suppose.)

If you have it's name, you should theoretically have at least an ounce of control over it. I'm wondering if this is the creature's true name, or merely a nickname that this other person gave it and is telling you.

As far as the phrase you mentioned goes, I have no idea what that means. It doesn't sound like a real language, but considering that it's not English, you probably are transliterating it incorrectly.

Is she known for playing jokes on others?
For not being 100%% "there" all the time?
How far has she delved into the occult and for how long?
How does she know he's a demon?
Why does she believe its a demon?
He's "extremely hard"?

If you're not in on the prank, then they're pranking you. I've been there, done that, as much as I hate to admit it I know what I'm talking about here. I've lived it before and I'm letting you know now before you get too in over your head with these people, get out of the situation you're in. Call their bull and move on. It will save you a lot of pain.

Got to add..in my similar experiences I had people threatening my life and my physical well being. I saw people drawing their blood and exchanging it to drink, and people cutting themselves with razor blades. It was the scariest experience in my life. Don't let that crap happen to you. It may not be as bad as mine was but it can get that way.

I had that ability since I was around 4 or 5. Did anyone train her how to work with the spirits, or are you two just out there winging things?

I don't think SS was accusing her of being a cutter - she was sharing her experiences with you, and maybe suggesting that you consider the possibility that it might not be a demon... I also didn't see any mention of Satanic rituals, I'm curious why you would be quick to deny something that nobody has even mentioned yet..?

D'OH! People were cutting themselves and sharing their blood with eachother, they were not "cutters" in the sense of cutting from depression. Been there too so don't assume. When these attacks occurred, was the guy around? Has she seen this guy after being "attacked" by this spirit?

I can only repeat what everyone else has said. Get away from this guy. Report the abuse he is inflicting on your friend. Go to the police or social services. They can deal with the physical problem which is happening now. You can always get advice about the spiritual aspects of all this later.

Abuse is being caused regardless, so i tend to agree getting the hell away from the person is the first course of action. If he is really "possessed" and i can speak from experience here, the best thing he can do is disconnect from people he may bring harm too.

I had a fairly troubling possession in my life and one of the first things i did was go recluse, i feared what i would do above all and i insisted on severing contact. Then i seeked both sides of help, western practice and alternative, for me alternative worked far better and helped me deal with the problem at hand.

What I got out of it was...
"my friend and i know a guy, this guy has a demon inside him, this demon saw my friend and latched onto her. Now he attacks her when she sleeps. Yes she sees him (the demon, not the boy) when she is attacked" basically saying that this guy they were hanging out with had a demon and this demon had the hots for her or something and now visits her in her sleep. (kind of like in Brahm Stoker's Dracula, when Lucy sees the werewolf attacking her)
I dont think that when she says the friend sees 'him' she is talking about the boy, just his malevolent spirit.
And to me, it sounds like some story that some kid is writing about lusty demons.
Or some sort of video game.
The story makes no sense and is obviously told here for some sort of attention or for kicks, or MAYBE the OP really beleives her friend.

I'll read the thread in more detail tomorrow, but, I do just want to add, that's not necessarily true, in Sumerian beliefs, some humans, at least, can become demons, for example, the Lilitu demons (the same species that the Jewish Lilith originated from) have been said to have been human, some of them anyway.
