...recently I've been feeling that I've been letting my religion, y'know, slip. I still believe everything that I used to believe, but, I just don't take any action anymore. I really don't understand why I feel this way, I've tried getting up and doing things, but I find myself thinking 'the Goddess knows I love Her and follow Her in my heart, do I really need to show this in my actions?'
Hmph. I seem to be babbling. I'll be quiet and ask: does anyone have any opinions on this?

We all go through periods like that. I'm in one right now. But I know a Sabbat will come around sometims and I'll feel a little more like "taking action." For example, my altar used to be a large flat board on cinder blocks on the floor so I could sit in front of it and meditate, etc. But I found, I'm not using it like that anymore and my knees hurt to get down there anyway. So, as a result, I wasn't doing anything. Yesterday, I moved it to a shelf, which was a tad to high but seems to work better but I still don't feel like doing much.
No one says you have to do rituals, etc. One of the lovely things about creating your own path, is that if you don't feel the Goddess needs you to do something, you don't have to. Don't feel bad about it, just do whatever works best for you. Try not to feel constrained by anyone else's ideas of how to worship. Incidentally, this may be a reason why it's not working for you. Perhaps you are using other people's rituals and they feel like "work" for you. You may want to try writing your own, and making them more simple and more you.
Eventually, the mood might take you again. Then again, it may not. It's really not a big deal :)

Having been here for awhile I can tell you this subject comes up here again and again - everyone goes through it. For some reason I think spirituality ebbs and flows into our lives. Don't worry about it :)

I agree with what's been said.
sometimes I feel like I just have to be really 'into it', and show my spirituality and do lots of workings and meditation and prayer, and maintain those sorts of things I've already set up.
then again, sometimes I feel like just plain kicking back and not even thinking about it.
so far as I can tell, the gods are cool either way ;)
Do what feels right. Everybody has periods sometimes when they don't feel particularly much like being spiritually active. . . and at other times, you get so much you almost are a fundie! ;) it's okay. Just. . . don't go overboard :)
