Does anyone know a sacred pipe ritual?

Can you be more specific as to what type of ritual you're looking for? I attend Native American new moon rituals, and we pass the pipe and tobacco around, each charging our tobacco with prayers. Then the prayers are released as we pass the pipe around and smoke it. Before smoking, I raise the pipe to the four directions as I offer my prayers.

Thankyou. That was what I had in mind. I have a pipe and my mother`s side of the family is Native American from South Carolina. The pipe is consecrated and I am not familiar with the pipe ritual as my tribe at this moment does not have a pipe carrier.
I used to attend Moon Dance frequently several years ago, but we did not use a pipe as part of the ritual. Thankyou very much.
