I have been in the field for a few weeks now, and it is amazing to me that South Korean nationals just walk right up to our ranges while heavy demo is going off and live m-16 rounds are being fired. I dont know if they have no fear or are just ignorant and curious of what we are doing in their back yard mountains. Just two days ago the 44th engineers and 47 cav were blowing off claymores at plastic Ivons, 4 koreans walked down range to see what the noise was. A few months ago, two little girls were ran over by a Tracked armored personell carrier. I am very worried that there may be some injuries while I am learning my job, even that I might be responsible. Does anyone have any good wardings or protective spells that I can use while I'm out there? To keep them safe? It would ease me greatly. - Jack

Oh Jack, you got my good wishes... my son was in Korea for a while about 2 yrs ago...and absolutely hated this kind of stuff too. He saw some awful stuff there... so you hang in. Warm hugs and universal energy heading your way...use the energy to protect yourself.
