Has anyone found crystal balls to be helpful? Last I tried it I was a child and I just saw shadows and the room reflected in it. I am assuming I would get more out of it now...

What do you use yours for? What do you see? How clearly do you see it? Is it in color? Does it just help you meditate and see it in your mind's eye?

I can meditate already and don't want to waste my money, however if this would be a helpful tool, I would be all for it, if I knew what it would be properly used for.
