Evaluation time at work!!!!

I need some help thinking positive, it's evaluation time at work and I really don't think my asst. manager likes me (I know everyone thinks that, but this lady actually glares at me, and smiles at everyone else???? Maybe I'm wrong tho.) I need help thinking positive because I'm really not. I just started in the ER department as a clerk and the people down there are cool and I love the work I do, but I think I'm still to new and make to many mistakes to have a good review (If I don't get a good one, I wont get a raise, that would suck.) So please, somebody help me with happy thoughts.

And Auntie, ya don't need to talk to her, I don't think having a toad as an assistant manager would be too good, I might get in trouble (Seeing as how it is a catholic hospital and all.....)
