I dont know what you can do but everthing you know could help!

My Friend MK has these reaccurring dreams.... A man in a trench coat killing the person she loves. its happened with most of her boyfreinds since j-high. shes tried taking this creep in the dream but he just blunts her weapons and keeps going. she cant sleep and I'm really worried. shes seen several shrinks in the past and theyre baffled and well after she gave me all the details I think a certain ex of hers has been trying to invade her dreams to get her to break up with these guys or stop seeing certain friends. Can anyone help her ???? ANY ADVICE IS GOOD VERY URGENT

protective circle around bed, she got more of a chance to take him on in the hypnagogic state (halfsleep) if she can control it that is. Try somekind of suggestion like reapeting "i will only dream of the moon" but remeber when working with suggestions its a bad thing to even mention the thing that u down want to see.

Pry for her, because this sounds to be an intervening spirit that is attempting to interfere with her life.

She needs self confidence in herself. I agree with what Freyja
said to you in Divination on this.(some of these threads will probably be merged or moved.) Perhaps some meditation, also
self defense classes are great for self confidence. If she builds
up her self confidence she will be stronger in her dream state
also. To battle or use dreams takes practice, and strong faith or
confidence or whatever word you choose for that sort of thing.

A psychologist could help, and wouldnt have the same negative
connotations or influence on her self esteem as a psychiatrist,
since they usually seem more like friends or confidantes.

anything to boost her morale would also help. Sleep deprivation
can be a cause of and symptom of depression.

Talk to her and find out what is troubling her in her awake state,
stalkers, stress, boyfriends. so that you are sure of what may
be the cause.:) Good Luck.
