Reiki recomendations : )

Just wondering if anyone would be able to recomend some websites and books on Reiki.

I've just found out that I've been doing a rudimentary version of it for years (though I didn't know it was called reiki :bigredblu) There's so much out there its hard to weed through the good and bad when I have no idea where to start.

I'll give some links books and other stuff.

http://www.reiki.org/ and they have their book -> Reiki For a New Millennium By William Lee Rand.

Many won't like it; but I prefer Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to an Ancient Healing Art by Diane Stein. Here's the problem with this one. Many Traditional Usui Reiki Practitioner's keep the symbols as a sacred secret. Those that put out the symbols in books and to the public are said to not be practicing true Reiki and blah blah blah. I'm not one for that kind of traditional secret information stuff. It's a good book that covers a lot.. it's not the best but it is one I like.

I also recommend Magick of Reiki by Christoper Penczak. another very informative book that ties Reiki with magick as stated. Penczak goes over much information in nice manner that makes for a good read.

I actually have Reiki Magick :) It finally arrived yesterday. I'll check out those sites and book now.

I also recommend Diane Stein, and the Reiki Magick by Chris Penczak is a good one too, IMO. Those are my 2 faves.
