.......to channel your inner wisdom

Channeling is natural and is part of your daily expression.
It is time to take it out of the clouds and to use it
consciously to help make your life better, Presently, you are
a channel in progress, and by incorporating the silent language
in a few easy steps, you can gain the ability to channel
consciously for yourself and others. This universal, silent
language cuts through your blocks of belief and connects you
with your inner source.

Step 1 -- The Breath Of Purpose
Begin your first step by taking a deep breath upon waking in
the morning. Inhale and exhale slowly through your nose.
This is called the breath of purpose because it centers you and
signals to your soul that you are awakening to become a
conscious channel. Throughout your day, take your deep breath
of purpose if you find yourself pressured, confused, or upset in
any way. You will find you feel more relaxed and clear.

Step 2 -- The Breath Of Faith
The second step occurs just before you drift into sleep. Again,
it is a conscious turn within you called the breath of faith.
To achieve it, merely inhale and exhale through your mouth.
This defuses the focus you expressed throughout your day and
creates a new pattern which signals that you are ready to sleep
consciously and receive guidance throughout the night. If you
awaken, merely repeat the breath of faith, and you will find you
can drift back into sleep. The following morning take your breath
of purpose, and you will rise more easily from your bed.
The movement from sleep to daily activity becomes fluid and
refreshing.

Step 3 -- The Breath Of Solution
The third step incorporates your conscious mind through which
you begin to note the positive moments in your daily life. Each
time you note a positive moment, take a very deep breath
through your nose and slowly exhale it through your mouth.
This third breath is the breath of solution and used in conjunction
with your waking breath of purpose and sleep directing breath
of faith, it will lead you closer to the answers within your own
being.

Step 4 -- Visualize Golden Light
The fourth step incorporates the visual part of your mind and
the second half of the silent language, which is light. During a
positive moment, take a deep breath of purpose and visualize
a "golden brown light." This gives you hope and fulfillment in
your daily life and is your grounding color. Combine this color with
your breath of purpose and you immediately move from a
concentration of division to a focus of unity.

Step 5 -- Positive Acceptance
The fifth step focuses your mind to help you develop a positive
feeling through the focus of gain. Look around you, at your
possessions, at people, at your career, at your day off. Begin to realize and accept what you have. Having becomes enough and
the focus of gain fills you with fulfillment. This gives you peace
and ends frustration.

Step 6 -- Visualize Clear Light
The sixth step incorporates your mind with the visualization or
thought of clear light. Once again, just before you sleep, take a deep breath of faith, then visualize or think of clear light.
It is the color of glass and to think of it creates a window within you to give you peace-filled sight. Remember to refocus through
your breath of purpose immediately upon awakening the
following morning. It is best, at this point, not to bring division
by contemplating the events of the night.

Step 7 -- Focus On The Now
The seventh step focuses you in your immediate physical state,
usually termed, "the now." This is vital because "the now,"
your now, is what is real. Whenever you catch yourself thinking
of the past or contemplating the future, nentally say, "STOP,"
take a very deep breath of purpose, and you will feel more
together. This stops everything, and the clear moment signals
your inner source that something has happened. Your breath of
purpose immediately initiates action from your source, to balance
your mind in "the now" and center you in your physical body.

Step 8 -- Return To The Breath Of Solution
Step eight returns you to the breath of solution. As you breathe
in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth during
the day, you are signaling to your source that you wish to be the
solution, the answer to you and your life. This ceases your mind
from wandering to other times and places and keeps you centered and aware in your daily life.

Step 9 -- Trust
In step nine, you turn to trust. Again, this is a step that is issued
at night just before you sleep. Immediately after taking your
breath of faith, think, "TRUST," then take another breath of faith.
Please do not add any extra thoughts. Trust is enough. This sets
everything into motion, and as you rise and continue on your day with your breath of purpose, you will have more confidence.

Step 10 -- Accept The Intelligence Of Your Physical Body
In step ten, you incorporate your physical body's role in
channeling. Your body is your most important tool because it is
where you focus your life force and what you create through.
Therefore, it is always included in all of your consciousness
changes. All of the previous steps serve to focus you in on your
physical body. When you waken and take your breath of purpose,
say, "I accept the intelligence of my physical body." This introduces your acknowledgment of the partnership between
your inner awareness and your physical body and the part your
body plays in channeling. Say it only once each morning.
This immediately awakens your body to become a receiving
transmitting station through which you sense the beneficial
information that is right for you.

These ten steps to channeling are the hands-on spiritual tools
you need to stimulate your consciousness to become aware of
your inner and outer world simultaneously, which will provide you
with your window to your inner source.
Adhered to faithfully, these steps will serve to open your
consciousness to channeling for balance and peace.
