Chakra reading?

This year has been chaotic for me. I've gone through a lot of emotional things but then again I've also matured. I've become more independent, outgoing and confident. A friend of mine recently had a chakra reading done by someone in person and I was wondering what a reading like that could reveal about my chakras after all these months I've been away as I basically left my mum's place to live life as an adult (I'm moving back to my country now, leaving bf behind to continue studies at uni etc)?

There are meditations you can do to Balance your chakras. If the energy is not flowing properly, due to a blockage in your chakra system, it could result in things being off balance.

There are some wonderful chakra meditations, I like this one personally.
It has Visual Sacred Geometry/color with the Solfreggio tones. The best way to use this one is to just watch the video, make sure your headphones are not plugged in, and just watch the colors.. turn your volume down a bit..
