Just wondering whether anyone could point me to something (on the net, preferably :) ) about Ogma? Other than knowing he's a patron God of literature and the source for Ogham (in name, anyway), I know next to nothing about him but would like to find out more.
Any suggestions?

Google (http://google.com) or AvatarSearch (http://avatarsearch.com/) or any other occult/pagan search engine (some are listed in pagan geek)??
Oh wait you probably thought of that ;)
http://www.oxenby.se/emma/pagan/gods/ogma.htm looks particularly interesting.

Good topic, Caelin! I have been fascinated by Oghma/Ogma for a little while, particularly after studying the ogham.
Basically, sources say what you know; he is the patron for writers. Here are some sites that you might find of interest. The sites discuss some of Oghma's myths.

To me, Oghma is a cross between the Greek Hermes and Apollo. He reminds me of Hermes since he is takes souls to the underworld. He reminds me of Apollo, since he is associated with the arts.
