Ok folks... it's that time of year again.

As a community, in the past we have helped make sure that the MW kids have a merry Christmas/Yule, by doing a Secret Santa exchange.

So, here is what we would like for you to do:

If you have can help by being a SANTA please PM me (Ferina) and let me know the following:

Name
How many children you are willing to donate to

I do not want to set a dollar limit at this point - I think that everyone can leave it up to their own discretion, but remember - these kids deserve a great Christmas/Yule too.

Deadline to sign up: November 29th, 2008 FOR SANTA'S

(This is a copy of the sign up taken from last years post. Depending on numbers secret Santa may be canceled, we need an even number of kids vs Santa's)

Sign up for MW Secret Santa Kids will be going in a few weeks. We need to get a few Santa's on board 1st.

We have 6 lovely Santa's able to give to 10 kids, we also have 10 kids to give to (which is great work everyone), we need lots more Santa's to get on board so we can give to more than 10 kids this year.

PARTNERS ARE NOW OUT AND SIGN UPS ARE CLOSED (SORRY IF ANYONE MISSED OUT BUT YOU HAVE TO BE QUICK) WE HAD MORE SANTA'S THAN KIDS THIS YEAR SO WELL DONE TO EVERYONE WHO HAS PUT UP THEIR HAND TO HELP.

If you are having any trouble fulling you side of the swap PLEASE let me know asap, so i can arrange for someone else to jump in if needed.

Your duty is to get the parcel out asap so i can arrive in time, maybe a tracking number might be helpful if it isn't too expensive to put on the parcel etc. Some of you have international parcels to send out so this might be a good idea also.


PARENT'S OF THE MW KIDS

Your duty is to look out for the parcels in the mail and to let me know asap when one arrives. It may not get there before Xmas due to the rush that happens this time of year, but it will get there eventually so PLEASE be patient.

Also when a parcel has arrived, a little note in the thread would be great stating a thank you to your partner etc would be great karma on your part lol.

My Santa's were wonderful! The year my hubby was going thru chemo and we were surviving on unemployment benefits, the Santa's really made my boys xmas!:boing:
I know I will always have wonderful memory and appreciation for what the Santa's did for my family.

Ours was late but the children still loved everything they got! We got a package about a week or so ago and the other came tonight. THANK YOU SANTA!! Hannah loved all her gifts and so does vinny. He's already singing the song from the blues clues dvd and I forgot to tell ferina i think that he LOVES bubbles!! :D

Just letting you know my kids did not get thier parcel and with us moving I would like to know if it was sent or not so I know whether or not I can close my Po Box or pay to have any mail or parcels forwarded.
