I have been dealing with raging and I do mean raging hormones of late. Nothing is helping. Does anyone know of stones, or herbs or any combo of well of anything to help?
I go between laughing and crying, loving and hating in the blink of an eye, It is driving me nuts.

I recently acquired a blue kyanite, which is supposed to assist with emotional balance. I bought it at a friend's shop and it was buzzing away when I picked it up. It's a small, thin piece of rock and I've been sleeping with it inside my pillowcase. It seems to be helping. I collect moonstone necklaces and although I'm not really sure if balance is one of its properties, I believe that it helps. I've also used malachite for this purpose.

As to herbs and such, I had an early hysterectomy and have been on the hormone roller coaster for more than ten years. I began trying some natural progesterone cream about two months ago and while I'm not sure I feel any better, I feel no worse than I did on synthetic estrogen. If you decide to try it, be aware that not all of them actually contain progesterone, especially the wild yam creams on the market. The one I've been using is called Fem-Gest. General Nutrition Centers (GNC) is the only one who carries it and it is the least expensive. I've also found phytoestrogens to be helpful along with Black Cohosh, Dong Quai and Evening Primrose.
