Ok, i bought a tarot deck, ( just a small kit i saw in the bookstore, was about 5 dollars), anyhow i started reading it, i came to a part where it said, if the card ends up being flipped over, then it has a more enhanced, or lesser meaning.. but i was wondering, how could the card become flipped over? you don't shuffle flipping the cards or anything, thanks!
I may buy a REAl deck that may explain it more fully ...

Some people shuggle by scattering the cards in which case you could end up with reversed cards. Some people don't use reversed cards when they're drawn. Some people "set it up" to have reversed cards. It's all in how you feel best dealing with your cards.

Some of you more experienced folks help me out here! ;)

People who are used to shuffling playing cards which have no direction have no idea that how they shuffle affects the cards, and yes, you do turn the cards upside down if you don't pay attention. Try it and you'll see what we mean.
