The name says it all, except is is just another name for a charm bag? Or what... in a spell bag do you ONLY keep herbs that are of some importance? and in a charm bag you can keep anything that means something?

Doh sorry forgot second question, it is, what are the elemental ruens? I was reading along about charm bags and saw something about someone putting elemental runes in a charm bag or carving them onto pentacles and such.. just wondering what the symbols are for each! thanks

I have always used the terms charm bag or mojo bag. I bet they are all the same thing. :)
As for runes, check out Magic and Rituals. There is tons of great info over there. I carve runes into candles when I do a candle spell and have written runes on paper and tucked them into a pocket for an extra boost of something. For example when driving on a long trip, I write a rune for protection and keep it with me.
Hope that helps a bit.

LIke how would you write a rune for protection, is there a certain rune which means that?

In the top of the forum called Magick & Rituals you'll see a thread like "Rune Magic" or similar. In this thread there are links to each of Rick's rune magic threads - each of them involve etching certain runes on a candle to burn for an intent. You can see the runes he would use, or ask him personally since he's our resident rune expert.

A lot of books also include sections on runes in them. I use Ann Moura's Green Witchcraft I and Buckland'd blue book for information on them as well.
