I'm confused :(

Hi, I was just wondering, can any of you actually see your spirit guide, and that sort of stuff, on the physical plane?

Because, I have heard many people say, 'Oh, I was talking to my spirit guide and...' or 'I summoned a spirit yesterday, we sat down and talked for a bit...'

This is very confusing, because, I've never had an experience like that in my life, even though I've tried countless times to see my spirit guide, but he\she refuses to show him\herself.

And so I was just wondering whether they can actually see them, or are they just saying that.

Also, in the middle of a deep trance, I'll hear a noise that sounds like a clicking bug (bugs that are sort of segmented in the middle, and they can flex rapidly, and jump really high by making their middle hit the ground, this makes a clicking noise, hence the name) but I can never find any bugs or anything anywhere nearby.

Finally, I was in the middle of another deep trance, when I heard and extremely strange cry, it sounded like that of a dying bird or cat, it was almost tear wrenching. The nearest sound I can compare it to is that of the injured baby Tyrannosaurus Rex, in Jurassic Park II.

I asked my family whether they had heard it, and they said no, however, it was extremely loud. I was wondering whether this might signify something.

Try doing a search for spirit guides there are allready loads of threads about them.

But to answer the question, it took me a few years before I could communicate with my guide. All I can say is don't try to hard It will happen when you are ready. I cant extually 'see' mine i sence him feel him

Same here- I have never "seen" a spirit guide. But I can sometimes "feel" the visuals of the Goddess when I talk to her. Not all the time, just on a few occasions. But usually when I talk to Her, I can feel her- a warmth in my solar plexus region, and sometimes I get other little feelngs that go with it.

They probably meant they communicated with the spirit in meditation or a dream.

Maybe you don't need to see your guide yet, don't worry about it too much.

I don't know if you can actually see guides on the physical plane.. or just the "dust" of them from the astral or wherever they may roam.

I see Fae about my house with my physical eyes, but those are usually just hazy spots or flashes of light in a dark room.. stable things being knocked over or similar things. The only time I reall SAW a Faery was a Brownie in college that slept on my teddy bear. I literally saw him sleeping there and about fell off my top bunk. 8O

I talk to my Muse, Sheinara, my Rock Spirit, and all kinds of other things that I "see" with my mind's eye.. third eye if you will. I guess I sort of will myself to see them.. but only if they allow it. don't force it.. it'll come when it's meant to.

I hear, and feel Torack (my guide) regularly, but have only seen him once whaile meditating and all I saw was a bright light... But I dont think he really HAS phisycal body. =D
