I'm afraid that I posted a thread before properly introducing myself to you good people. Sorry. Anyway, I am new here and find the site quite intriguing...so many other forums have become either "bash rooms" or are nearing a defunct state. Alas, my beloved About forum is losing half of their moderators, and the bashing is rampant. I have posted, for your reading pleasure, in the Theology forum. If you find the time, take a jaunt over there. Thanks for your thoughts.

Welcome aboard. Hope you like it here. We do try to keep the bashing to a minimum and it seems to work out pretty well most of the time!

Thank you all for a warm welcome. Thanks too to Savian for the nice welcome. In regards to some questions about my hubby, Jimmy, he is doing fine. LOL...no I have not come from the music forum, although I am a member of About.com's Classic Rock forum.

In reality, I am the long-time girlfriend of a guitar player for a band called Naked Beggars. Forgive the blatant self-promotion, but if you're interested in their sound, please refer to www.nakedbeggars.net. Beyond that, my profile explains just about everything.

Looking forward to our future conversations. Primarily, I'll be here on the weekends, and whenever I have a chance to check in at work. I work at a cancer lab, so my down-time is scarce.
