my cousin, who does not have a computer, would like to be handfasted to her boyfriend but does not know of anyone who could officiate where she lives in the Harrisburg area. does anyone out there know of such a person?

You may try contacting The Church of the Four Quarters in the York area(Artemis). They have a website and you may be able to arrange a visit there or,likewise, arrange for someone from there to visit you. Harrisburg is also Black Forest Coven (Silver Ravenwolf fame)& hived coven territory and you may be able to contact somebody who is or legally ordained who can meet your demands. Search Witchvox for PA coven (Harrisburg area) listings and that will give you some contact info. Hope this information gets you going in the right direction!
