This is interesting to me, because I have been here and taken my children. They run tours, and it is an interesting place basically "in town"; literally not that far from the center of the city.
When you are in the hanging room, people tend to really stick towards the walls which is kinda funny. But I have to admit even I felt more comfortable not where the floor gives way.
Interestingly we did not have any real sensory issues IN the pen, other then a couple of places that felt sad. Like the hole for one.
But there is also a place where women were kept, and in that building. In there it felt like, women were still there busy. We never saw anyone, more that feeling that you have when you are in the way cause women are putting together a meal, or something.
Anyway I thought of it because it will be on the Travel Channel THIS Friday. Here are the details from today's paper.
The Travel Channel's paranormal series films at locations around the globe, seeking evidence of the hereafter through unconventional means: The cast visits reportedly haunted places and taunts ghosts.
Team leader Zack Bagans came to Boise seeking a confrontation with notorious murderer Raymond Snowden, who was hanged in Building 5 at the Old Pen.
"We're going to try to get a reaction out of Raymond. He and I are going to become friends," he said in an interview in October when the crew were here.
