Favourite Hallowe'en Candy

I searched and didn't find a thread for this! What's your fave Hallowe'en candy?

I LOVE candy corn and those little pumpkins.. my all-time fave treat.. *has a bag with her at work* Though I don't like the chocolate "Indian" candy corns.. :sick::sick::sick:

I LOVE the chocolate candy corns. Candy Apples is one of my favorite Halloween Treats, but...because of safety reasons, most people don't distribute them these days. I love the miniature Nestle Crunch bars, and miniature Hershey bars best :)

CANDY CORN!!!!! and anything chocolate, of course. when checking my son's candy, i take the candy corn and 2 or three 3 musketeer bars. :D

The honey candy corn is great...and the "Eyeballs". They're peanut butter balls coated in chocolate. The foil wrapper makes it look like an eyeball. They come in shades of green, blue, brown, and lavender.

Ooh, I haven't had Halloween candy in YEARS, but I remember being fond of candy corn. I also remember not being able to eat much of it before I got sick, but...;)

I liked just about everything when I went trick or treating. Chocolate, starburst, fruity things...

I don't have much of a sweet tooth, never have. My favorite is making my own roasted pumpkin seeds when we carve our pumpkins. My dad started doing that when I was little and I've loved it ever since.

Boy, I miss those!
You can still get the wax lips or fangs,
but they don't make music:(
I've researched the web for them and found out the company that made them went out of buisness.
I'll just have to eat chocolate and dream of Zamphere LOL!

Personally of traditional halloween candy.. or any food.. i like carmel apples and hot cider.. i'm very colonial american when it comes to traditional stuffs.

I dont really care for candy corn, although i like to make fangs of them heheh.

I love having hot apple cider with cinnamon and cloves heating in my cast-iron pot by the fire... the fire of my grill. 8O I have a really small grill that I set it beside or on so I can have hot apple cider... the good way. ;)

And candy corn! But hubby hates candy corn.. more for me! My dad LOVES the little pumpkins. :T

*drools* candy corn!! Yummy little sugary niblets.

I also enjoy roasted pumpkin seeds.. but thats not really candy. A woman in my old neighborhood used to create these little Halloween bags for us kids. She'd put in healthy stuff like pumpkin seeds and a little baby tooth brush and tooth paste and those honey sticks. :) And she would always make these wonderful little picture frames, decorated all Halloweenie and put a leaf from her beautiful old maple tree in it. She was a wonderful old woman. Isn't it funny how memories can make you feel all warm and cozy? :)
She died a couple years ago... broke my heart. Which isn't too warm and cozy.. but she had a wonderful life and she touched the hearts of many many children and adults. :)

candy cigarettes are always fun, peanut butter cups are my favorite, but I could never get a long without hersheys dark chocolate minatures. candy corn makes me retch. i dont know how you guys cant eat that stuff!

Hi, I'm Wtchy and I'm...a candy corn addict.


I eat them until I'm sick and then...I eat some more!!! I can't help myself. If they are in the house, I will devour them! What can I do??? They are fat free! Isn't that a GOOD thing? They are just so wonderful. Little drops of heaven. Even the "mutant" ones are great! Those that may only have one color to them as opposed to three. Maybe they are all yellow...or maybe they are only orange and white...maybe they are just the little tips...whatever. They are beautiful little triangles of sweet goodness. Absolute proof that the Great Pumpkin is real!

I never thought they tasted differently, but I too eat the different colors separately! I do it sometimes to slow myself down!!! :rotfl:
