k so my girlfriend is Wiccan. I have never really been raised to be any religion in particular and she "found" her path. I have read the faq's but I was wondering are there any good books to explain any of this. There's still a lot not making sense to me and I don't wanna bug my girlfriend while she's still recovering from her transplant. I just want to understand her beliefs better. I have watched some of her rituals and spells and such and I just want to understand it all better. Any books or information would be appreciated.

There are a bazillion books! Take a peek at some of the threads in New Pagan and in the books area. There have been some questions like this is the past.

Let me see if I can find something, but have a look and see what you can see. :)

Should be good for you too, if you're curious. :) Good luck!

True Magick by Amber K is an awesome starter book and is very easy to read.

I strongly recommend Robin Wood's When, Why, If.... It doesn't deal so much with ritual or magical aspects, but it's a good introduction to the underlying ethical framework.

most of the books I know of are centered on traditional Wicca, and I have no idea what tradition or lack therof your girlfriend practices. I think the best book on the subject by far is a Witches Bible bt Janet and Stewart Farrar http://www.amazon.com/Witchs-Bible-Janet-Farrar/dp/0709072279/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1229132512&sr=8-2

Although it should be noted that this is a very traditional approach and her beliefs and practices may not mirror this exactly. It does however provide good, deep explinations of pretty much everything you could want to know.
