I was wondering if anyone might have any suggestions for me on this:

My husband's youngest son just moved in with us last Monday and he has no idea about my Pagan/Witchiness. He is 17 and is a pretty good kid. I was wondering if anyone knows a house spell or protection spell to keep the home happy. We haven't had any problems yet and I don't foresee any, but would like to give it a little boost anyway.

Thanks for listening.

There are a few in this thread:

When someone is visiting or a new person moves in, it also helps to make an effort to make their area comfortable and attractive. This makes them feel welcome in your home and can ease their own anxiety, which in turn can ease yours.

Burning candles or incense with aromas that you find soothing can also maintain positive energy in the home.

There is a feng-shui principle that involves hanging an 8 sided mirror in the central room of the house to promote harmony. I found one in a thrift shop a few years ago and it seems to work.

Also check out Practical Rune Magic VIII (Harmony) in the stuck thread above.

There's a magickal cleansing thread somewhere in New Pagans I think, the URL is in the Lessons thread stuck at the top of that forum.
