Request for Input

Hello everyone :). I am considering a new book and would like to have input from the community for it.

Please note:


The survey is hosted on my webserver and I am the only one with administrative access to it (that means no one else will see your information or input).
I will only use the contact information requested to identify the "speaker" of direct quotes in my writing or to ask a question regarding the information you provide. I will not spam you, nor will I give your information to anyone else.

For some reason, those with AOL email addresses are unable to register to take the survey. I have no idea why :)
