Mods a question please?

I read the rules, my question involves this part

By signing up you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

OK before I post a picture, It's of two nudes that are painted up for Halloween. It very difficult to see that the woman is nude(unless you look real close) But the man's elephant trunk is another point. I don't feel the picure is vulgar but want your permission before I post it. I will NOT post it without an OK from you!

probably not a good idea to post it.:)

lots of variables. laws on pornography and such. although
a carefully decorated woman would probably cause no trouble,
the double standard of america would likely raise hail with the nude
male. And we have many underage member and guests who
visit.

I am assuming you know the people in the photo? otherwise it
would be illegal to even post their picture without their consent.
(am thinking)
