All right, you experts. At the risk of sounding suddenly (?) very mundane, I'm asking you about a prosperity-spell. Actually, about timing it. Suppose I (or someone) planned to do it during the full moon time. What is more important: the day of the week (choosing Friday or Sunday, rather than Monday), or the lunar sign (choosing a day when the moon is in Taurus, rather than Aries)?

Hehehe... well, I'm hardly an expert on this, & have gotten into a lot of lively discussions on this subject. My personal opinion is that it doesn't matter what the minute, hour, day, month, year, moon phase, sun sign, weather pattern, or your shoe size is, just do it.
That said... most folks I know go for a waxing or full moon for a prosperity spell... as to the day, an argument might be made for each day of the week...
Sunna's (old Teutonic Sun Goddess) Day (Sunday): a day to invoke the Primal Source of All Life; associated with gold...
Munna's (old Teutonic Moon God) Day (Monday): has connections with 'removing negative' during the waning phase, & 'attracting positive' during the waxing phase; associated with silver...
Tyr's (old Teutonic God of war & Justice) Day (Tuesday): a day to ask for the means to acquire more prosperity, & to invoke personal victories...
Wodin's (or Odin, old Teutonic God of Wisdom & Shamanism) Day (Wednesday): a day to ask for the wisdom to acquire more prosperity...
Thor's (old Teutonic God of Thunder & Fertility) Day (Thursday): a day to ask for blessings on beginning something new to bring more prosperity...
Frey's or Freya's (old Teutonic Earth God & Goddess) Day (Friday): this is the day to ask for the bounty & abundance that is normally associated with the element Earth, ie: the things to meet your physical needs...
Saturday... heck, after all of that, take Saturday off... 8O

What's most important is what's convenient and logical to you while still making sense. So if the moon's not in the right sign when you need to do the spell, rely on the day of the week. Conversely, if you really need to do it and the moon is in the right sign, you could do it immediately, or you could wait for the right day of the week as well. It is largely up to you.

What they said. I believe that you can do a working at any time - but I've also found that I do get better results if I at least keep to the waxing/waning moon cycles; waxing for increase and manifestation, waning for banishing and decrease.
