This isn't very witchy....but i was just sitting here scanning through Witchy sites....when an icecream van went by my house. Now is it just me, or does the music they play from their vans sound really, really creepy?
The hairs have raised on the back of my neck...and here i am all alone, *small voice*...far away....

*gulp*.....help

Did you pick the car up and throw it?
That does make me feel better!! :)
I seriously think there's some evil at work with icecream vans...what's an icecream van doing selling icecream in a non tourist town,in the pouring rain, in the onset of winter? hmmm....

We used to have this ice cream dude that came by my tennis practice everyday. We would have bought ice cream if we had any money. 8O But he sat there forever! The music is kinda funky after a while. But it was like a line from that Gorillaz song. :D So I got to sing along. Even if I was the only one who knew the words.

don't even get me started on clowns!
actually, the Blair Witch project was on. It just finished, I started watching it at my friends house and by the middle I was weirded out and feeling REALLY seasick! I get that everytime I watch the Doors movie too. The one with Val Kilmer playing Jim Morrison, and whenever he trips on LSD (which happens a LOT!), the camera man has a field day!

HA!
this is funny, because i HATE those things (and i thought i was the only one)!
my wife always says "run, they're coming to get you!".
she calls it 'gelato-autophobia' (lol).
but i think that they are evil... EVIL!!!

 Am I the only person who has actually injured one of those things?...........I was trying to pass it.....It was just going to slow for me to get around I guess.......Although I think it was trying to get me and sped up at just the right moment............

I havn't seen an Icecream truck since I was little, maybe 8 or so, so I don't even remember what the music sounds like.

(some freak from around here kidnapped a little girl and rapped her, he was a driver of one of those creepy machines.....)

I hate those things too. The one that comes through our neighborhood plays "All Around the Cobblers Bench" (an evil song if there ever was one!) and goes about 50mph in a 25 zone. We would laugh that he wanted the kids like the Pied Piper. :T

In NJ it is illegal to pass a stopped ice cream truck too.

If we had ice cream trucks out here, I probably wouldn't mind them either -- only cuz they gave out ice cream! :mmm:

What about double decker buses? I rode on one this afternoon coming back from a job interview...and i just love em! in August I went to a festival in Portugal and some people had renovated their Double decker bus. They made the top into a cornvertable and grooved away in the sun.
It just wouldn't be the same with an icecream van!

hehe, we dont have double deckers here :(
We only have small, loud, smelly and crowded buses here..

We don't have 'em here, but I think they'd be cool and would love to ride one some day.
Except for my fear of big cities?
Reckon one would ever come out it in the sticks?

Well, I don't have a problem with ice cream trucks in general, but there used to be one in my neighborhood that had something wrong with its music - the chipper, perky children's tune came out really slowed down and distorted - that kind of creeped me out.
