Hello!
I was talking with my friend who has Belladonna, Henbane, Hellbore, Hemlock seeds and will be growing these plants. Anybody out there ever grown these type of plants? Any precautions that should be taken? Should they be grown separate from other plants or herbs?

I don't know if this post will work. I've been trying since earlier and I've tried to post this at least 5 times and it won't seem to let me. So here goes....
Here's a link to an interesting, if somewhat darker site called A Witch's Garden. She has some info on a 'witch's garden' with a gothic theme which includes many of the plants you mentioned. I think it's mainly about folk lore rather than actual gardening but it's still interesting.

Make sure they're WELL identified!!! These are dangerous plants & NOT to be ingested. If you have small kids, don't grow them. They are pretty but not worth the danger. The whole plant of Henbane is poisonous. With Hellbore the bruised leaves can cause a rash. And Hemlock (the herb-not the tree) is really dangerous because it looks VERY much like parsley, except for small differences. Growing these plants won't hurt other plants but be very careful with them.
Just curious...can I ask what she's going to do with them?

Be very very carefull when growing thease plants. They are really poisonous. Belladonna is deadly even at a small dose, so you need to make sure no children will come near them. Some of them also causes rashes if you try to pick them...
And also Belladonna tends to spread, so you might want to make sure it doesn't spread into your neighbours gardens... =)
Good luck and blessed be

E-witch is an online auction site geared towards Pagans... I've been a member since it's conception, actually. You can find amazing items there, but sometimes it can be a bit pricy.
The link is http://www.e-witch.com
Enjoy!
