Hi guys,

Keep me in your thoughts today, please. We find out the results of the CAT scan for sure today. I'll let ya know the results when I get back from my visit with the doctor. Here's to praying that it's not the worst case scenario. Thank you very much :)

Ok, am back from the docs.
It's tension headaches caused by stress and weight. The CAT scan can back normal.
I have to cut caffeine almost completely out of my diet, start doing yoga, and have a consiltation with Medical Weight Loss Clinic on Thursday morning :) There's your update :)

Yoga is amazing for stress - good luck with it, and if you ever want to pm me about it feel free.

So pleased it wasn't anything nasty - although stress is very nasty in itself, but you can overcome it.

Ok, I came in late, but I'm SOOOO glad the scan came out negative!!!

Big hugs and energy coming your way...and if it helps, I will be more than happy to take care of your share of caffeine consumption for you! (Always willing to do my part for the cause!) :)
