Spells- i need fast information

Does anyone know if there are any SPECIFICS on writing spells? Like are there any things that are required for a spell to work? Please, if you have any information or know of someplace where i could get true, great information online about this, it would be a big help!

Ok, just thought I'd mention this (since you're new you probably don't know), but it's usually not so helpful to post the same question 3 different times in different forums. Then it can be hard for people to know where to post or for you to find their answers later. I know you really want to get an answer :) but you would've probably had the same people answer whether you posted it here or M&R.

heres a outline i use for writing a spell or ritual:

1. Define the goal.
2. Decide when and where you will work your magick.
3. What lunar phase and/or day of the week?
4. Write an appropriate chant.
5. Are you invoking a god/goddess? Which one(s)? Do you need to write a special prayer to invoke?
6. How will you visualize your goal?
7. Which correspondences do you need(herbs/colors/elements/etc.)?
8. How are you going to include them?

i use that just for figuring out what im going to do during the ritual. hopefully that will help!
