I ran across this article while looking for Samhain info for my forums. Thought it might be of interest to those of you who understand astrology a lot better than I do

It has been generally found that whatever the planetary influences are for the previous New Moon before Samhain, are valid for the entire period before the next New Moon. In this case the 40-degree increments from the last New Moon, which occured on Oct. 6th, contacted nothing using this Solar aspectarian. Apart from the Mundane Lunar chart (Which set up at the Sidereal Libra Ingress, Oct 18th) for the same period which places at angularity (for the USA) Saturn and Mars (indicating a time of deaths, losses, accidents, and cold weather) it is not indicating anything, apart from the Mundane Lunar return chart. The period will "peak out" on Nov. 12-13th.
